I'm a trained architect with 15 years experience specializing in creating worlds for AAA games, mobile social spaces, and film. Working across departments I solve spatial problems with a focus on worldbuilding and meaningful space making, always with the story as a driver for design. My workflow is underpinned by visual research and I look into all aspects of design that make a believable world. Developing art direction and supporting art and design teams throughout pre production and production.
I have helped shape worlds for Sony PlayStation Home, a 3d social world that ran from 2008 till 2015 and attracted upwards of 41 million users. Mirrors Edge Catalyst at DICE designing the vast open-world City of Glass, The Perfect Dark reboot for The Initiative, and recently designing concepts for the film "Archive" Directed by Gavin Rothery.
